football (or indeed any
number) is a fantastic
way to keep fit, build
muscle & lose weight
as well as enjoying a
cracking game of football
at the same time.
Healthy
adults should participate
in at least 30 minutes
of moderate exercise each
week to keep on top of
your fitness & this
reduces the chances of
a whole host of health-related
problems.
With
26 minute games and a
well-sized area to play
on, participating in TFL
leagues provide a perfect
amount of running to work
up a sweat without the
boredom of going on a
treadmill at the gym!
And
for as little as £3
per player per week*,
it's hardly a strain on
the bank balance to do
that valuable bit of running
as well as having a great
